Bob Gehricke, Architect, AIA, NCARB

Co-Founding Partner and Principal, Bob Gehricke is a United States Navy Vietnam Veteran; and a licensed architect with more than thirty five years professional experience in architectural design, site planning, document preparation, cost estimating, bidding, construction administration and project management for a variety of project types including twenty years experience in the architectural design of award winning public sector design-build military family housing projects and non-housing project types including dining facilities, commissaries, EM clubs and recreation centers with project budgets ranging up to ninety-five million dollars.

Professionally Bob is attentive, forthright and accountable; a creative, tenacious and hands-on problem solver with knowledge and understanding of construction means methods and materials.

Personally Bob is mild mannered and gregarious; a collector of classic automobiles and an avid surfer and lover of the ocean.

Office Responsibilities include the day to day management of the Moorpark office; co-management of the firm's new business development and project design, document preparation, coordination and quality control; and overall management of the firm's public sector military project types.

Project Responsibilities include day-to-day client liaison; management of contracts and consultants, design and document preparation and coordination; governing agency liaison and project representation; bidding and construction administration.

Licenses to practice architecture are maintained in California-13627; Hawaii-6799; Texas-12345; and Iowa-5313.

Memberships are maintained with American Institute of Architects (AIA); and National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB-51094).

Education is a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA 19676
